Born and raised in the beautiful city of York, I have been influenced and inspired by my city’s heritage, culture and home-grown brands.
I love working with people who are really passionate about their brands and I get a buzz from helping them tell their story by showcasing their brand values and unique selling points.
Doing things a little differently has always been my approach to successful branding and marketing projects. By taking a concept to the next level the results really excite and delight consumers. I find it incredibly rewarding to exceed expectations and bring a smile to a client’s face.
Brand Manager – Lashes, Waxing and Tanning
Working B2B and B2C, Sweet Squared distribute premium products and training to over 25,000 professionals in the hair and beauty sector. Sweet Squared have launched two own brands which I was solely responsible for driving sales through digital, print and direct mail campaigns.
I developed and launched the ‘LASHUS’ lash extensions product range and education programme. This included the creation of brand values, campaign assets and educational materials as well as managing the development and manufacturing of product offer in time for the launch event.

Daniel Galvin Jr. International trades and manufactures organic & vegan hair and beauty products in the UK, US and Australia. Based in Knightsbridge, London, Daniel Galvin Jr. is also a highly regarded salon, where Daniel tends to the tresses of celebrities and members of the royal family.
During my time with Daniel I managed a team of 4, overseeing all aspects of the business including brand values, sales, marketing, PR, product development, suppliers, logistics, finance & legal.
Marketing Development Director
H&A are the UK’s number 1 supplier of children’s & teen licensed personal care products. They supply some of the largest retailers in the UK including Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Primark.
My main roles included managing licensing contracts, Boots Christmas gifts and own-brand development. I developed a team of Product Managers and Graphic Designers, as well as scoping out and leading on new business ventures.
Through creative and commercially viable design solutions, I helped develop the relationship with Boots on their own brand gift range ‘Glitter Babes’ and other licensed products.
This included the brand strategy for Glitter Babes, managing the creation of brand values, graphics and new product ranges. In addition to this, I was also responsible for commercial negotiation, technical and internal sign-off at Boots and ensuring that products were available for the Christmas launch.
I was a key player in securing H&A’s first ever Disney license, Finding Nemo. Following this, I then went onto successfully pitch and secure some of the biggest brands in the Disney portfolio including Disney Princess, Minnie Mouse, Frozen and Marvel’s Spiderman.
Marketing support volunteer
I love volunteering at award winning, community-based business, York Mumbler. This comprehensive website and online community is intended to make life easier for parents in York. It covers everything a parent would need to know, from pregnancy through to teens.
As a marketing support volunteer, my key roles include brand positioning, marketing, content creation, PR and the management of the York Mumbler Pinterest account.
